I have an alcatel tribe chatz phone everything works fine except i cant receive or send picture. I have service with att. I took it to the store and they said that they didnt know why. They said i should be able to. It is a prepaid plan. The phone i had before this one i could send pictures so i know its not because of the plan i have. Please help Denise
