Wacom 12 wx cintiq

Hello, i've just bought my brand new wacom 12 wx cintiq tablet. I plugged in all cables, downloaded some new drivers from wacom official site and did everything like was written in the instruction. Then when i turn on my tablet everything looks OK but when i put the pen to the tablets surface, the coursor isnt i the place where i put the pen, it is always about 3 inches away.
I passed the calibration process of course, but it didnt solve the problem.
