You do not list the desktop you are using , so I assume it is Windows 7.

The answer is on this web page, Windows 7 needs the latest drivers, as it is not supplied as a default, with Bluetooth speaker drivers.

5. Wait until the execution finishes, and then try to install the update again.

It is likely that a Windows 7 driver doesn't exist, but unless you have the 64 bit version of Windows 7 this driver should work one way or another.

Try getting in to safe mode by tapping F8 when the computer boots up.
Then do a system restore.
If that does not help, try doing a Full System Recovery.
