Packet data connection unavailable is a carrier error that means either the amount of web access purchased on the account has been exceeded or that your internet connection needs to be reset. Either way you need to contact the carrier and report the problem for them to reset your internet counter in their system and then turn your phone off and restart it to clean the problem.

When I try to open webpage in mobile, it reflects a message "Subscribe packet data first" and "Link not available". Sometimes it says "Connection not available". Tough all settings are installed properly. My service provider is BSNL, UP East Circle (Faizabad district). Please suggest me the solution for this problem so that I can access net from mobile too. -RP Shukla Faizabad
