it may be a problem of the msg. center number!! check it and then try and restore your phone to factory settings this might solve your problem!!

You have to reformat your cellphone to its factory settings using a computer with cables attach on your cellphone, try going to a nokia care center to have it service because there is no way taht you can reset it to factory defaults because you had forgotten the security code and thats what you need to reset it to factory defaults.
