Make sure most other programs are closed, for Angry Birds is memory-heavy. Also, make sure Angry Birds is updated (App Store > Updates). If the problem continues, the only thing to do is to wait for a new update, because there is probably a bug in the app. Reply if you have other questions. Usually as angry birds is a flash game, the problem should be related to the flash player. So first and foremost try and update the flash player and see if the game works proper.
