I use theXchange on my ipod touch 4th gen. However, it is no longer on the app store! Will it come back, and is there any other way of getting it back? Please help!

depends on the specific iPod touch model you have....
there are 5 generations of iPod touch! - for instance the iPod touch 3rd gen. can install only iOS 5.1.1 whereas the iPod touch 4th gen. can use iOS 6.1.6 as the latest iOS.
It's a problem with your internet connection. You have to watch videos on the YouTube app and not on Safari because iPods don't have Flash player installed.
if you synced the iPod with the computer after you put the games on, but before it crashed, then iTunes should keep track of your games. there is a section in iTunes that will show you all your apps (i don't remember exactly were) any apps that show up in that area you will still have after the reset.
