Uh-oh, who ever gets this I'm not sure how to proceed. First of all I don't know how to do much on the computer or internet but I am learning. Now today I won a bid (well almost) but I didn't realize I have to use pay pal and I'm not sure what I need to do. I'm a little afraid I'm going to do something the wrong way. My question was how to open a paypal account and this page tells me to pick an expert ?-it only has departments so I'm just picking one even though I knows it's wrong.
