The door tension is set with a spring. You need to pull the unit out part way and look on the left and right side bottom area near the front. The spring can be adjusted by selecting a different hole in the bracket that it is attached to.
There are two possibilities here. First of all make sure the latch is adjusted to close the door tight. IF not, you can adjust it using a screw driver. next, you may have to replace the gasket as these do wear out.
1. If you do not use Jet-dry liquid in detergent dispenser left side compartment, the drying result for dishes will be very poor.
2. You should check the heating element for continuity(conections for heating element under bottom panel of d/w).
