Hi If you know that the mic is properly connected to the microphone contact point....the problem might comes from the mic ic/missing of mic tracks.So, to solve this visit nearest mobile repairing shop or please see the image

HiHave you checked the other components ?Sometimes, if we miss to put screws which is located at the bottom of the phone to stitch the front panel.Moreover, check the mouth piece connecting point with the multimeter as well as check the components which is indicated in Red.If all these things are found OK then the last thing is to make jumper as shown in the image

your phone has a defective voice reciever or mouthpiece.

Hello

The mouthpiece of your phone has either shifted from its original position or it is faulty.

Open your phone and set the mouth piece so that it is in line with the mouthpiece hole of your phone casing,

Close the phone and test it if it works. If it doesn't then the mouth piece of your phone should be changed.
