If you do not have the Bluetooth dongle (plugs into a USB port) you should contact Logitech for a replacement. Alternatively you can also look for one second hand via craigslist, ebay, etc.etc.
as far as i know these tvs work with bluetooth keyboards and do not need an aditional usb reciever plugging into the tv, as it uses its own built in bluetooth. see sytem menu for pairing devices.

If you are talking about wireless mouse than definitely yes , it should have a usb device which will go to your PC or Laptop usb port so that your mouse can communicate with it and work.
If you are using a laptop which has a inbuilt Bluetooth and even your mouse is also a Bluetooth mouse, In this case you have to you Bluetooth device setting application and pair your mouse with your Bluetooth devices.
Good luck with this. I have been searching for a replacement dongle for 3 years now and cannot locate any. There are replacements for K320 and M320, but none for MK320. If you find one, I would really like to where you got it.
I'm sorry to say that Logitech doesn't offer separate halves of their combo deals. There isn't even a copy of just the mouse for sale on Ebay that I was able to locate, which is normally where you can find things like that.
Verify that they are connected to the PC. Make sure the hub is plugged into a working USB port on the computer. If they are connected, replace the batteries. If this does not work, unplug and plug the hub back into the PC. You can also try unplugging the hub then shutting the computer down and restarting it. Then plug the hub back in.
