When I insert my at&t sim card it asks me for sim network unlock code and I don't know it

just put the new sim card in then it will ask you to enter unlock code. (network unlock code)

1.Try resetting the phone settings by removing memory card
2.Try with a different battery (Most of the times the battery leads creates problems)
