Apparently the volume of my plantronics 925 bluetooth is very low. is there a way to adjust that volume? Thank you.

Looks like there is a battle between two or more equipment items.

Are you using more bluetooth equipment on your Blackberry?

Then delete them from your phone. And try pairing again with the 925.

Then activate the option for automatic connecting with the 925.

After this you can connect the other bluetooth equipment but do not set either of them on automatic connection.

Hope this will work.

You want to make sure that there is no other bluetooth interference on your phone and follow the instructions on the link for the Plantronics Discovery 925 (see page 4).

Make sure both devices are fully charged. Turn off your phone and disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds (this helps to reset the phone). Make sure there are no other bluetooth devices interfering with the connection. Turn off your headset and carefully follow the pairing instructions on the link below for the Plantronics Discovery 925.

Turn on Bluetooth within your phone - Consult phone instruction booklet

Put phone into pairing mode - Consult phone instruction booklet

Put headset into pairing mode - With headset off, press and hold Call Control Button
until the headset begins to flash red and blue.

Select "Add new device" on your phone.

Select the Plantronics headset when prompted. Enter "0000" as passcode.

Your 925 headset will now have a continuous blue light blinking.

Choose "Yes" if your phones asks if you want to bond to the 925 headset.

Your phone is now paired with the Plantronics 925 headset and ready for use.

I'm having this same exact problem man!!

i jus need the owner manual for plantronic discovery 925, the dint send me the manual,i have bunch the bluetooths but a want to try this,if you can help me send me 1 copy is ok if not is ok to , i not gonig to $39.00 dolr for the manual, idont want tecnical suport like a say i just need the owner manusl, thanks,ifo you want to charge $39.00dlrs for the manual i prefer buy new plantronic 925 for anohter $10.00 dlrs ,thank any way
