Go to a site like uberstudyguide.com is should let you access the site.

1. if you can change settings for your favorite browser then you have a chance.
2. IE proxy settings: find the Tools option(IE 9 should be a small gear icon at the upper right side of the screen)-->internet options-->connections tab-->click "LAN

settings"-->uncheck "Automatically..."-->check "use a proxy..."-->type a working proxy here(example address:203.1.5.9 port:8080 or 3128)-->click ok-->click ok
3. for working proxy, go here xroxy.com/proxylist.htm(you can filter through reliability, latency,etc)
4. if xroxy is blocked, type this in the address bar-- wap.google.com/gwt/n?u= --> In the enter URL box copy and paste this--

xroxy.com/proxylist.php?port=&type=&ssl=&country=&latency=10000&reliability=9000#table
5. copy the numbers on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and paste in IE's address box for the proxy(refer to number 2. after the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (8080-recommended or 3128, etc), this would be

the port(refer to number 2)
6. try facebook.com now, if it works, enjoy! if it doesn't, tell me what's on the error page.

A good way to do it is to open two tabs and open up google translate and just give it a randon article to translate while thats loading try opening facebook. you could also make it

and see if that works
