We have a Lucent Partner 18D we inherited from the former owner of this business. All of a sudden after a heavy rain we started getting "clicking" on the lines when we call out and "bleed thru," i.e., I can partially hear my associated conversation like there were crossed wires. We like everyone else are on a tight budget and have been quoted crazy prices for someone to even come and look at the issue. I have had ATT out twice and it is not their issue. Any help/comments/referrals are appreciatred. We sell on the phone!

If you are using Partner voicemail, you would just press *7 when you hear the voicemail system.

If you press *7, and do not get prompted for the extension number, you dont have a Partner voicemail.

From the phone at extension 10 or 11 press FEATURE 00 Left Intercom Left Intercom #103 and enter the 4 digit military time. (if you need it, the date is #101 in mmddyy format).

Press FEATURE to exit
