8 month old roper gas dryer. The dryer makes a buzzing sound when on any heat cycle. Like the buzzer sounds when the drying cycle is done. but this dryer does not have a timer. it will stop buzzing on the cool down settings.

you can remove the buzzer its a small black round peice with a small hole in the middle on the main ic .p.c.b bord but if its buzzing there might be a problem if the unit is working fine then just snap the buzzer off the curcuit bord
First of all if you can remove the back of the console to expose the timer and switches, there is usually a small block with 2 wires to it, and it has no knob connected, this is usually the alarm buzzer, remove 1 wire and tape it off,then try the dryer if no alarm wala.
Never saw a response to my clarification request, so I hope you have resolved you service question. Without further info, it's hard to give good advice, but you might look at the blower wheel to see if it is spinning loosly on the motor shaft. That will make noise, and usually continues for a few seconds after dryer shuts off.
