It appears it is not your fault. I contacted ustvnow and they said they are "working on it" but currently the DVR service is not available on roku. If you find an answer elsewhere, I'd love to hear it
There may be a issue with the tuner on the set but there is a way around that.
With a cable box with audio/video out jacks connect to the same kind on the rear of the set---go to that input on the set and should see picture and sound---leave set on that input and change/select channels with the box.
I would recommend resetting the Rosen unit. This is done by entering the "Menu" and pressing "Settings". From this screen, you select "Keypad" in the top right corner of the screen and then enter "7-5-2-3" and press "Enter". This should erase any code for Parental Control (levels 0 - 8). Also, the Rosen product states to only use "Store bought media" for CD's and DVD's meaning that it won't play all 'burned' discs. Hope this helps.- Elliot
Something is wrong..crbr799 your DVD-TV has a TV-DVD button on the right front to switch from TV to DVD play...OPEN button on left side ,place DVD in tray, close & press PLAY... I something simulator that needs the remote control for the SPECIAL functions....by the way the ORIGINAL r\c is $135 to $155, a replacement ($35) will turn the TV\DVD on ( which you can do without the r\c) and NOT function with anything else. P.S. they will try to sell you universal r\c that work with the CABLE boxes, the ones that you pay a monthly fee!!
Some of their very old sets the video input was located on channels in the 90's; Try scrolling down from 99 to 90 to see if you locate the video input; this is just the way they did things in the older sets.
