My experience with Mavis: You have to unscrew the one "normal" screw (not the triangular ones). It won't come out, but that's OK. It screws into a metal retainer, not plastic; once it is actually loose, you can proceed to the next step. Now you must pull out the central false wheels, because these are what's preventing you from squeezing the side of the body so you can pull it up. You may need a screwdriver to prise the offending (and I do mean offending) item out; it is wedged in mighty tight, but there are no tabs or anything holding it in. Instructions supplied are abysmal and I was getting prepared to destroy the little b'stard!
