Signal full, sufficient balance but at the time of call there is a message "Error in Connection". I can do also Restore Factory Setting.

The problem is most likely caused by a weak 3G signal that your handset is picking up. A weak 3G signal can cause odd problems like connection errors and call dropping.

Try disabling 3G to test to see if it's the cause of your problems.

The setting can be found in the network settings menu. It should be set to GSM, not dual mode or UMTS.

Your mistake was in trying to do a reinstall of windows. You could have, and should have, downloaded IE from Microsoft- either x86 or x64, depending on whether you are running 32 bit or 64 bit windows. Since what is done, is done, reformat the drive, and do a clean install from the disk with a newly formatted drive. That should work.

White Balance adjustment

3. Set the Picture Mode to "VIVID" in the user menu.
4. Select the Component In input.
5. Open the Factory Service Menu (see section 3-1.) and select "Service Alignments Menu".
6. Set "White Point Red", "White Point Green", "White Point Blue" and "Black Level Offset Red", "Black Level Offset
Green", "Black Level Offset Blue" to average values .
"Cool " White Balance Adjustment
1. Select "COOL" from Color Tone in Service Alignments Menu.
2. Input 70IRE full white pattern signal into Component In.
3. Adjust "White Point Red", "White Point Green", "White Point Blue" in Service Alignments Menu if needed.
4. Input 25IRE full white pattern signal into Component In.
5. Adjust "Black Level Offset Red", "Black Level Offset Green", "Black Level Offset Blue" in Service Alignments Menu if needed.
6. Repeat steps 2 to 5 to achieve desired White Balance.

I was in the middle of trying to restore laptop to factory setting when my adaptor came out causing it to shut down and now I keep getting error message saying system needs to restart the installation

Hi
If a system shuts off during restore function , in all possibilities the OS has got corrupt/ damaged. The best you can do is to go for a fresh installation to solve this problem.

White balance adjustment Mode - Be used for White balance adjustment. In Factory Mode, press" BUS OFF" to enter and exit.
