Brisy, you have an electrical problem within the unit, which may require the help of Whirlpool Technical Service to solve. That is, unless you have a multimeter and want to dismantle the unit to find the electrical problem. Could simply be a shorted wire or something more serious, which could require replacement parts. Also, consider the age of the unit and would it be cost effective to repair it, as opposed to replacing it. Quite honestly, repairs, sometimes can cost almost as much as a new unit.
