My quinny buzz four which i bought off ebay a couple of weeks ago has today started collapsing when i go up kerbs mostly one side. Its fine going up and down (the hydrolics) and doesnt happen all the time but its quite scary ive been in touch with the person i bought it off but shes stating it was fine when i sent it. Im wondering if you know what could cause this and if i can get it repaired. thanks

SOURCE: Main frame and worn wheels of the quinny buzz

This happened to my wife the other day, I found that the main pivot bolt had pulled through the plastic pivot/collapse assembly. This part is rivoted to the frame so without drilling it out and replacing with an ugly nut and bolt you will have to source a new frame. I got mine from Ebay, I found someone selling lots of quinny buzz bits and asked if he still has the frame he said yes but the handle bar no longer extends (Hence im on here looking how to swap the two), Problem solved!

I also found out from Quinny that the Buzz has a 2 year manufacturers warranty, where Motercare insisted it was 1 year, so dont let them fob you off.
Hope this helps
Chris.

Bought quinny buzz 3 second hand, the frame has dropped on one side, how do i fix it?

Good Evening

Unfortunately there is no quick fix for this; It sounds as though one of the knuckles has broken, causing a one sided chassis collapse.

What country are you in?

Quinny buzz stroller keeps collapsing when in use

Hi if you bought it within 60 days you can open up a claim on ebay & get a full refund. i sell them in perfect condition & would never sell 1 that is faulty. The only other option is if you are putting bags on the handle this will make if fold up on itself. contact me @ [email protected]

Is it possible to convert the Buzz 3 front wheel to an inflatable tyre? If it is I'd like to do it - it will overcome the problems of pushing on rough terrain!

Quinny do an All-Terrain front wheel that replaces the front wheels on a Buzz 3. It's basically two new front wheels that are slightly bigger and pnuematic. Worked a treat on a recent holiday to Brixham where we took our Buzz onto the un-surfaced coast path. We got ours from www.babycare.nl a dutch site that sells Quinny Spares it costs Eur62.50.

Hi my quinny buzz seems to be collapsing when the baby is in the pram the "round bit" at the front is not catching therefore it is collapsing hope this makes sense many thanks jacalyn

try the bolts at the sides of the pram as they can come loose if it is the black joints on the side it is likely to be broken but you can get a replacement chassis on ebay for around £50 hope this helps x

My quinny buzz is collapsing , can somebody tell me where can i buy a new frame maybe and spare wheels

alot of people on ebay sell spare frames and wheels. I had similar problem when mine kept collapsing. I had to open it then pull the part that slides up the chassis stem up a bit further till the 2 black plastic parts clicked into place.
