It's a piece of malware that blocks pretty much everything on your computer and demands payment in exchange for the identification key. In order to remove the "System process at address 0x3bc3 have just crashed"

HOW TO UNINSTALL IT
To remove all System process at address 0x3bc3 have just crashed files, you must kill all System process at address 0xE4783995 have just crashed processes that are running in your computer's memory. your HDD may be corrupted, re-installing windows vista is one option. Your best bet is if you have/ can obtain a copy of windows vista run setup and try the repair wizard in the windows vista setup, the wizard automatically finds errors and missing files and replaces them therefore solving any errors in your HDD. you can also try to use the recovery wizard from your recovery disc. best of luck

A critical error is never good. The next step is Data recovery. only skipped if perfect backup.... Then run tests on the drive, while hooked up USB to a good computer. If the drive has errors, you are looking at a total reload.

hello this can be caused if the scan sends to a wrong IP adress. If the machine that you are sending scans has dynamic IP (dhcp), then the ip can change as you reboot the computer. To solve this, have a fix IP adress in your computer's network preferences, and check if scan sends to this adress
