Your sales package (the shipping box) should have included a data cable and a PC Studio CD. Install the CD, plug the data cable in the phone then into the PC and you will be able to access the phone through the computer. Look in the owner's manual to preform the commands that are needed.

I'm not sure whether you tried connecting to internet in WIFI enabled Zone. Search for WIFI in WIFI Menu, same like we do for Bluetooth. Some WIFI will ask for Password, If you know the password give it and enjoy. Mine is working fine,
