If you have the usb data cable to connect your mp3 player, use it to sync your mp3 to computer and all media files saved directly from computer will be uploaded again on your mp3 player.
When you pressed the "YES" it formatted your mp3 player. It is possible to recover some files by syncing it with your computer but not all files will be recovered.
If your mp3 player has sd card, it is possible to unformat the sd card using special recovery software designed to recover lost files of sd cards. You may use the following recovery files:
1. Card Rescue
2. Data Recovery Wizard
