Hi there, I think my W595's Power on/off switch is having some problems since it was not working for even disconnecting a call. Now this phone is switched off and I am trying to find ways to switch it on so I can collect my data through the PC Suite. Pls give me a solution to switch this phone on.

My Cell phone model No. is k443 of karbonn company. Now I got a problem that when any sms is coming to my phone the message is displaying in such a order that I can read the message properly by viewing the cellphone display in front of a mirror and see the sms in the mirror. Pl. help me how to solve this problem.

Yes this problem exists in India with all the 3G service providers called as VPN disconnection problem. As officially their is no solution to this problem from any service providers. Don't worry your phone doesn't have any problem.
Temporary Solutions
1) When internet is disconnected don't restart the phone, just disconnect it from your PC and again connect it.

Do you have access to a multimeter to track the AC/DV current? If the power is getting to the laptop, correct DC/AMP voltage? AC jack been damaged, pulled, yanked...etc? Hard to say which component without checking with a multimeter? PSU?

Hi.

I think I have already sent you a message about the E50 problem. I will post again, just in case.

E50 is prompted when the timer board detects an incorrect value from the motor power triac, which is a component that supplies variable power to the motor. Even if the problem is usually the control module, motor power triac or motor itself may be faulty.

Try disconnecting power for five minutes, by either tripping circuit breaker or disconnecting power cord.

If the error comes back contact Zanussi at the number listed on the owners manual. The problem is often consequence of a factory defect.

Hi i am max and would like to help you with the problem.
Please follow the instructions

1.Disconnect the phone from the pc.Reboot the pc and now switch off the phone for 2 mins.Switch on the phone back.

2.After the pc has rebooted uninstall all the phone drivers and reboot again.

3.Install the appropriate driver and connect the the phone and see if it works.

If this does not solve the problem then try installing the driver on another pc and if even that doesn't work i suggest taking it to the nearest service center.

No Sound from External Speakers....only from Headset plug.

Hi, had same problem.... unscrew the remote and carefully remove the back end part of the stereo-connector (very careful !) it consists of a very small switch which moves sideways..... this switch is stuck into headphone-modus. Reassemble and it will work again
Note that speakers will work if you remove the switch

I m having the same problem with mine... I took the battery out and put the phone in the freezer over night thinking it would remove some moisture... don't know if it did anything but today it works. Thinking about replacing it with a 5800 if it does not work.

Hi, you might have a problem with the indicator switch. You will need to make sure that there is power into the switch and power going out of the switch. If you do not get any power into the switch it might be that the fuse is blown. If there is power into the switch but not out the switch is faulty. If there is power in and out of the switch you will have to see if you get power on the indicator globe connections. If there is no power there a wire might be broken, but I think your problem is with the indicator switch.

I had the same problem. I plugged a USB charger into the headset and turned the power switch off. It worked as normal after that. I think it does not like to be "on" when the USB is disconnected. Anyway it seems the plugging/unplugging kick-started it.
