i ask one of the technicians you need to go though your sync setting againg but for firmware update, you cant update it.

Try Sanyo tv website,could still have it in their website and can be printed for free,if the tv model is new and recent models.If not might already taken it off of it website.Look for their 1-800.. telephone number on their site call their customer service pay them a fee they'll send it out to u.

What you need is a replacement or repair of the main board N7KE.

When DP52449 (chassis 01 - that is important!) does not power on and the front LED flashes every 15-20 seconds you have a faulty main board, which you need to replace or get serviced.

This is an Espanol site. I don't read Spanish but my Grandparents did. I typed model number, user manual in a google search window. Also there is a site called 'retrevo' that has users manuals.
