Ican,t get any thing on web page the person thats helping me says i need a driver

Please go to your printer preferences and select page setup choose default setting and customize other page setup then click apply and restart your PC. If not done then follow the instruction.
1. uninstall your present printer driver.
2. Restart your pc.
3. Install your printer driver again.
4. Restart your pc.

Hope it will solve it.

Since you did not post your laptop/webcam type, here is what you need to do.
