Why i cant open farmville on facebook and farmville.com ? always show Error 102 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED): The server refused the connection . but i try my another facebook account and it works with the same computer and connection , please help me :(

1. Make sure you have no viruses in your system. Check it by strong tool, for example AVP tool http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/avptool2011?level=2
Switch off your antivirus before scan
2. Check or set to default your internet firewall settings.
3. Delete the chrome and crashreport subfolders from C:\Users\%your_name%\AppData\Local\Google\
4. Install chrome anew

Scan your computer for malware/viruses and remove anything harmful you find (if anything)
Clear cookies.
Make sure Google Chrome is allowed by your antivirus and/or firewall.

Open your start menu.
On windows 7 type cmd in the search bar and run it.
On XP and Vista, click run and type cmd and press enter.
In the prompt that enters type ipconfig /dnsflush.
Restart your computer.

It means that the computer that _should_ be running a web-server, to send web-pages to you when you request pages from it, is _NOT_ running the web-server server.

Compare it to dialing an out-of-service telephone-number -- you get a "your call cannot be completed" message, since there is "nothing" (no forwarding, no answering-machine) that "owns" that telephone-number.

What web-site? Did it _previously_ work?

Probably, the owner of the computer will evenutally notice, and will fix the problem -- so, keep trying for a few days.

This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.

If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click Tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

Try this go to control panel>internet options>connections>LAN settings> and uncheck use proxy server for your LAN.

Please check that you are on the same sub net and that your network setting correspond to those required by the server including matching access passwords etc.

I too was facing the same problem as mentioned by you and couldn't connect through telnet localhost 1433.
Solution : Just go to SQL server configuration manager----SQL Server Network configuration----Protocols for SQLEXPRESS and in that right click on TCP/IP and in properties field make all TCP/IP port to 1433 which is blank. Start and Restart the SQL server and you can telnet localhost 1433 and it works. Hope this will help.
