You need to use the HE detergent. I believe that is a drain problem. By using the regular detergent that causes more suds and in turn clogs your drain
SOURCE: I got an E3 flashing, what does that mean. The
Okay; This will essentially be a Hall Sensor fault. The Error code (E3) Is issued when the Motor control board is attempting to drive the motor (during the spin out), but is not seeing any tachometer response readings. The Hall sensor monitors such movements to relay the necessary rotation information to the Motor control board. When the Hall malfunctions, the MCB will assume that the motor is "locked" and it will issue the (E3) code.
The necessary actions are to replace the Hall sensor. Here is a picture of the Stator(Motor) and Hall sensor.
Click here to access the service/repair manual for your unit. This manual will help you disassemble the affected area. You will first need to remove the rear access panel, before gaining access to the affected section. Once the rear panel is removed, focus on page 33-34 to help with removing the stator so that you can replace the damaged hall sensor. Please allow time for the manual to download, due to its size.
