All interior dome light are out on 2004 quest, fuse checked are good

Hi. You could check for a small relay or fuse that must have burnt out. If you open the fuse box, there will a diagram of where each fuse is placed for what. Check slowly through the dashboard fuses or relays. Usually, the newer cars use simple electrics to run the entire system.

Pull the electrical connector to the visors out of the headliner and disconnect it from both visors, see if the short goes away.

First check the bulb. If it looks good (or test good if you have an Ohm meter) then check the fuse for "interior lights."
If those look good, then you need to make sure you are getting power to the dome light connectors (using a voltmeter). If you have no power to the dome light, but everything else test out fine it is either your door switches, or interior light switch.

Remove the IOD fuse and leave out overnight this will reset the BCM and probably resolve the diming light and the dome light issue, I had the same prob in my 2006 Grand Caravan.

There is a fuse box under the back seat on the left hand side. The fuses you need to ck are fuse#4 tbc3 fuse and fuse# 40 tbc 4 fuse. The dome lights operate through the bcm.

does dome light come on when you open door? also look at the dome light switch and see if it has 3 positions

yes thats possible, because sometimes like you've explainde some items are on the same fuse, but some items are on the same ground, thus causing something else to appear faulty. so its possible that all of these items are on the same ground and because a fuse or relay for the a/c is faulty, it may cause something else like the dome light and door locks not to work , very crazy with these newer cars.

hello,interior light you means front dome light?front dome get power supply from control unit under your fuse box,if you want remove your dome light, check wiring color light brown in socket mark c if no voltage,check wiring for continuity up to control unit,if you think it complicated,send to your dealer,ty
