My lg phone will ring but cant answer

Your speakers are broken and that just happened to my env. ive gotten it replaced 2 times because my charger port is broken and i cant charge my phone and then 2 days after that happen just randomly i couldnt talk or hear any of my calls, so im waiting for them to send me another one for free in the mail, but wont be suprised if it happens again

My eNv just had the same problem with thinking i had a wired headset hooked up. VERY annoying. I use a bluetooth headset and as I really have no need for the earphone jack (ipod is my mp3 player) i just shoved a pen into the headset jack and wiggled it around... works now... hears hopin' it stays workin'...lol

I'm betting it's what just happened to my phone. There was a short in the earpiece jack and now my stupid envy thinks I have a permanent earpiece hooked in. When trying to make a call (call time is running, but no sound) try changing your volume with the side buttons. If it says "earpiece volume", then your phone is also a piece of **** and you should be as angry as me. Only fix: new phone.

Else your answer button doesn't work. I'm having the problem of my "end" button not working, so I can't hang up. This is my second LG Envy too, and they want to give me a third refurbished one. My faith is so shaken in this model I cannot accept yet another phone of this sort.
