My samsung champ phone automatically got switched off and did'nt start thereafter. Then I visited the service center as it is within guarantee period and the problem got solved. There was some hardware problem and they replaced it. Now again it has same problem, what shoul I do?lease advise.

IF IT IS IN GUARANTEE PERIOD THEN VISIT U R NEAREST SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER AND ASK THEM 2 INSTALL THE LATEST FIRMWARE.SO THAT THESE TYPE OF PROBLEM DOES NOT OCCURS IN FUTURE
