I need the PUK code for idea sim - LG Cell Phones

PUK code comes with your phone sim card when you bought it.Try locating where the whole box or package of your phone. Some sims comes with a manual and usually the puk code are written in there..Others comes like a regular size card and you have to detach the sim from there..in this card thee should be two Puk code that is written..

If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.

PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the IDEA Customer care number from another IDEA mobile and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

if your phone is asking for the PUK code then this is the code for the sim card if it lets you enter a code then all you need to do is contact your service provider and give ask them for the PUK code, they will give you this for free over the phone.

if how ever you have entered the PUK code wrong a certain amount of times then this will block the sim card and it will mean that this sim card can no longer be used, so if your phone is asking for the PUK code then call your service provider and ask them for the code, this will then allow you to use that sim card.

if the PUK code is blocked and can no longer be used then your only other option would be to get another sim card for the phone that is for the network your phone can use if the sim card thats asking for the PUK code is say from vodafone then you need to get another vodafone sim card that is unless you phone has been duel banded and can use any network.

when you get a new sim card you should get the PUK code for that sim card so if you do go for a new sim card then keep this number handy in case you ever need the PUK code again.

The PUK code is assigned to every single sim cad made and every single sim card has its own unique code that can only be found through your service provider so if they give you the PUK code for the sim card thats asking then remember this code will only work with that sim card and no other.

from what i can remember you get 10 chances of getting the PUK right before the sim card gets locked and once the seim card is locked it can never be unlocked so its not wort trying to guess the code as its a random 8 or 11 digit number so guessing the correct code would be harder than winning the lottery.

call idea customer care by any other idea user and ask for your puk code by telling them the numbers on the other side of your sim card and your sim contact number............
they will tell you your puk code...........

the puk code has noting to do with the phone, its the protection of the sim card, that comes on when you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times. to get the puk code for your sim card your only option is to call your phone service provider they will give you the code.

if you have entered the wrong puk code wrong too many times you may need to buy / get a new sim card from your provider, and you will lose all the contents in the locked sim card.

the phone will work fine with another sim card.

I believe the PUK 1 code is 68901956 and the PUK 2 code is 40537752. Although I may have gotten those mixed around...
