You have to get the pc suite for connecting to your pc through mobile.
And the software is with you in a cd when you brought samsung c3200. Just install it it is the best software (pc suite) for your mobile.

yu need to install samsung pc suite on yo pc , when yu open the pc suite it will ask you the method yu want to use to connet yo 4ne ,cable or bluetooth.if yo pc don"t have blue tooth yu can buy a blue tooth dongle
