I have a vtech Dect 6.0 #6041 dual handset cordless phone but do not have a manual for it. I have tried numerous times off and on for months to view the manual online, however it only ever lets me view the first couple pages. I am trying to figure out how to erase all the phone numbers from the call display log as well as how to save frequently called numbers. If someone could send me the instructions for this it would be appreciated. Thanks!

Singerjaxfl, I used to have the same problem with my Vtech DECT 6.0 phone. I solved it by changing the system time on my VOIP Adapter.

In order to do that, you need to (1) know the IP address of your VOIP Adapter (the manual should have it, or ask its manufacturer), and (2) have the Admin authority (again, the manual or manufacturer) to change system time.

My handset displays CONNECTING...
Move the handset closer to the telephone base. You might have moved out of range.

What I suggest is not just powering it off, but remove battery and wait a couple of minutes. Put battery back in and try it. The other thing I suggest is a new battery or switching it temporarily with a phone that works, to see if that helps before you buy a new one. If the battery is weak it will have trouble reaching the base.
