What are the Standard diameter for Razor Wire?

Check the fuse link in the small diameter wire coming off the battery cable. It is more flexible than a standard copper wire of the same size. If it's bad you can splice in a new wire in it's place. Just be sure it's the same gauge as the original.

I don't think this would be a problem, as long as the wheels fit the axle properly, both in diameter, and length of shaft.

A 12 gauge wire has a defined diameter, and it is standardized, so if you buy 12 gauge wire in various places across the country, the wire will have the same diameter , wherever it's purchased. The same applies to gauges of metal, or the thickness of the metal. Standard measures such as linear measures , inches, mm, feet, cm, are all standardized measurements. Standardization creates consistency and the ability to replicate something.

The standard Starter relay has 2 mounting holes then you can see it has 2 copper studs 5/16 diameter one goes to battery positive and the other goes to the starter then the 2 smaller studs have letters indicating there power source "s" and "i" S stands for start this wire comes from the ignition switch The I is ignition bypass wire and is only used on point ignition and early solid state ignition systems . on 1981 it is not needed.

Everywhere outside the US, the standard diameter for a garden hose is 3/4 of an inch, or 19.05 mm

In the United States, the standard diameter from the outside of the thread is 1 and 1/16 of an inch, or 27 mm.

From my understanding, the combustion area of the head should have a diameter that is the same as the cylinder i.e. 56mm. If you took 0.5mm from a standard head, your squish would PROBABLY be Ok, however, you need to measure this. Its quite easy, poke a piece of solder wire in to the cylinder via the spark plug hole and trap it between the piston and the head by gently turning the engine over with the kickstarter by hand. Remove the squashed solder wire and measure with a set of vernier calipers. 0.8mm is about right and as Elf said, anything below this is getting a bit close. Do this for the front, back and left and right of each cylinder. Reducing the squish only has only a moderate effect on the compression ratio and does not require higher octane fule. I did this for mine and it was fine - so you 'should' be Ok.
