Hi I have a Panasonic DMP-BDT210 and was watching netflix and now when I press the netflix button I get this message: "We are unable to connect you to netflix. Please try again or visit www.netflix.com/tv/help for guidance. I have internet acess because I can play Pandora. I have removed power for several minutes and repowered. My netflix account is valid because I have netflix on my computer. Can you help?

Restart your router (pull power for 10 secs and replace). Wait for the router to reset and reconnect. I have found that internet connections to devices often have difficulties reconnecting from time to time. It may be the issue of automatically assigning IP addresses?

in the blu ray menu setting play back there is 2d and 3d setting. you must have it on 2d settings change it to auto. then it should work.

How is the Blueray connected to the router ?

Mike, the directions you posted are for the DMP BD 65/85, not the BD210.

Jacob, the solution is simple: When you are in a field that requires letters or characters (such as the email/password fields on the Netflix set up screen), hit the "OK" button on your remote. A keyboard will pop up on the BD210 screen. Navigate the keyboard with the arrow buttons on our remote.

NB: I had both my computer and my BD210 connected to the Internet at the time. However, it appears as though I could have signed in to Netflix with just the BD210.

I pulled up the specifications for the bd85 Blu-ray player. It says below that it has an rj-45 network connection. That means, although it says that it is WiFi ready, that it requires an additional WiFi Adapter of some sort to operate with Wifi. Or you could connect it directly to your router or switch using rj-45 cable.
