I blew a head gasket. Is this covered under the 10 year/100,000 miles warranty? If not, how much does this usually take to repair?

it should be covered by your warranty but if its not dont be surprised if you pay 1000 or more

We have an 2002 Aztec 3.4 litres engine, never a problem with it since we purchased it new in late 2001 until recently while pulling a trailer it blew the head gasket.

very common, we see head gaskets and cracked cylinder heads all the time, they do offer a heavy duty radiator for this van it would be a good idea if you are going to tow with this van.

Hyundai elantra 2002 over heated stopped running and cannot start up

The head gasket is probably bad. unplug the coil pack and remove the spark plugs and turn key to start, if its leaking coolant will shoot out of spark plug holes, seen it a lot.
