You can get the Prime Video app from the Samsung Smart Hub:

1. Press the Smart Hub button on your TV remote.
2. Select Samsung Apps from the menu.
3. Select Prime Video.

I will try to update the TV firmware first, you may log on Samsung support webpage to check is there a firmware update for your TV model & update it.

If you have purchased a Samsung smart TV with Smart Hub you will be able to connect to the internet using the web browser found in the Apps when running Smart Hub function.
