I have Packard bell notebook with windows 7 in Russian language and I do not' know Russian I want change the language of my notebook Russian to English Please help me

You must have Ultimate or Enterprise edition to go from Polish to English, otherwise you must buy an English version of Windows 7 and re-install the Operating System.

1. Start -> All Programs --> Windows Update --> Optional Updates.
2. Open optional Updates and go to the section Windows 7 Language Packs.
3. Tick the Language Pack you want and hit OK
4. Proceed with Install Updates
5. Depiction of Windows 7 downloading a Language Pack
6. Automatic install initiated after download

How to change the Windows 7 Display Language:

1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region / Change the display language
2. Switch the display language in the Choose a display language dropdown menu.
3. Click OK
4. Log off for the changes to take effect (This will affect only the user profile under which you are currently logged on).

Well it seams you did not download the software for the hot keys.

1. Open Regional and Language Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking Clock, Language, and Region, and then clicking Regional and Language Options.
   

2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
   

3. Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.

You did not specify the operating system on your Packard Bell easynot NJ65 (whether Windows Vista or Windows 7).

Anyways, PLEASE CLICK HERE to find the Ethernet Controller driver.

Please select Notebook > Easynote > EN NJ65 > select the appropriate Operating System then look for Lan.

Change the display language

The display language is the language that Windows uses in wizards, dialog boxes, menus, Help and Support topics, and other items in the user interface. Some display languages are installed by default, and others require you to install additional language files. When you change the display language, it is changed for your user account and is not changed on the Welcome screen. If you want to set the display language for multiple users or the Welcome screen, see Apply regional and language settings to reserved accounts.

2. Click the Keyboards and Languages tab.
   

3. Under Display language, choose a language from the list, and then click OK.

Hello Hussain,

To change the display language you need to download the Language pack. If you have windows 7 then you can just go for windows updated and download the Englisk Language Pack.
After download and installtion.Just go to Control Panel > Regional and Language > Keyboard and Languages > Change the Language. You will get an option to change it to English.
