Printshop 22 deluxe is not compatible with windows 7

The Print Shop version 20 Deluxe for PC is not compatible with Windows 7. The newer Version 23 is compatible. This is due to software compatibility issues with Windows 7.

You can check for Win 7 Compatibility for "software or hardware" @ Windows 7 Compatibility Center

It will not run on Win 7, even when you are using the Compatibility Mode options. Too bad you have to get the newer version 23.

Not sure if Vista or 7 will run it.

If a program cannot be run under Windows 7 because of compatibility issues you have to right click on the executable file that will start the application and click Properties. Select Compatibility tab and check the Windows version you know the program worked with before. Yes,Printshop Delux 2.0 does work on Windows 7.

I suggest that you tell us EXACTLY what the error-message stated.

Or, start the Windows Program Compability Wizard, and tell Windows 7 that you want to install a Windows XP program.
Then, install the software.

Microsoft's Windows 7 compatibility list shows this product as unknown at this time and recommends using the Vista compatible version. If you need to upgrade to the Vista compatible version there is a free update located at the link below.

You might be trying to loading a 32 bit software packege to a 64 bit operating system. See it the store has a 64 bit version. Or you could upgrade the OS with the microsoft pro packege.
