try any out door equipment shop as many have replacement poles to suit a variety of manufactured tents
If not they will be able to tell you where you can get poles
Most dome tents are assembled by feeding the rounded (or bendable) poles through loops on the inside of the tent cover. Small connectors and joints should be included to put the poles together into the shape below. Good Luck!
It appears that there are no defined sellers of replacement parts for the entire "discovery kids" product line. On the upside, this tent is available from MANY closeout product companies and on Ebay.
(Side note:) If your kids love this type of indoor play, and you have to purchase parts or a new tent, consider purchasing a Playhut system, which is nearly indestructible (in my opinion - I had 4 daughters try to destroy one), and parts are readily available.
Ours too. Very disappointed. The phone number is 18003742744. They were less then helpful for me. But maybe they can help you out. Will not buy their toys again.
I have to say that happen to us also. I finally found the number to call them. 18003742744. They told me that they do not have replacement parts but I could return it either Kohl's or Jcpenneys for a exchange. I did not buy it at either of those stores. The lady said it did not matter. Some how I have a hard time believing that. Was very disappointed in this toy.
