The generic PIN (Which is what I'm guessing you need) for most bluetooth devices is either 0000, or 1234. Please try those and see if that solves your problem.

The passkey for the H500, as well as for the vast majority of bluetooth headsets, is hardcoded to '0000' (four zeros).
You just have to pair your bluetooth headset once. All subsequent connections between the headset and phone should be done automatically, provided that both the headset and the phone's bluetooth stack are turned on.

Most default bluetooth passkeys are usually set as that.
I have also found the manual for this and it mentions the same passkey:
