- if i'm not mistaking, you don't need a driver for the logitech speakers because it's a plug and play device.

After all cables is installed make sure that before plug the USB on the computer that all multimedia are close and not in use.Turn on then the speakers and look for the signal lights on the device.

The wireless signal must be at least 75-80% for good output from the PC.

My x240 logitech speakers arent working ever since i got windows 7

It might be because your sound card does not have the driver installed. See if there is any driver update in Windows Update section, and right click to Computer->Properties->Device Manager and see if there is any unidentified device there.

A jack has been unplugged

is bad contact, maybe the jack of your computer is too old or have dust or rust (worst case), try to connect the x240 to a mp3 player check it.

No sound from logitech X240 speakers

start with the easy stuff to miss...wired correctly, power on (green light on the right speaker) Do you have it plugged into the GREEN socket on the rear of you computer, Is there an X in the mute box, double click on the speaker and check, do you have a splat in sound codec or any other sound component Now are you running XP speaker in a Vista world. If you are cool up to this point, Update the drivers from logitech or Acer. Logitech says they are not compatible with Vista...that could be it...
hope something here helped and got you up and listening. please leave rating.
