Have a troy bilt 220 lb Briggs Stratton Put the clear tube into the gallon of soap, but will not draw. Also, how do I remove the nozzle to attach the low pressure nozzle to apply soap solution?

Troy, Unless you are using old fuel (it breaks down after 1 week) it sounds like you have a faulty spark plug. Replace this first, drain any old fuel and replace with fresh fuel (premium unleaded). A faulty plug will work one minute but then fail like you have described.

check your fuel mixture settings on the unit. What is the model of the engine?

inlet valve connected to water inlet is stopped-up. Unscrew it, take a safety pin run through valve then take the pin and push through valve connected to pump. should do the trick. (the valve the suction hose for the soap is connect to)
