Hi there,
I have a problem with my Sound card, I have recently changed my mother borad in my computer and now for some reason no sound is comming out if my speekers i have installed all the drivers again and it seemd to be running fine?
Here where it gets tricky, when i go in to my sound set up on the 192 sound card I can see the that sound is going to the card from the computer but there is nothing comming out of my monitors?
Can any ony help me with this?
I was speaking to this custom pc company about my identical problem. Turned out that I had the wrong speaker setting in Windows. It was set to 2.0 when it should have been 5.1 and hey bingo, it worked. Not sure if thats what your problem is but sounds the same. Ted
I've got the same problem myself- too quiet output. Software and drivers look fine; I even tried using a turntable-preamp and it amplified it, but the sound was very bassy and muddy... Can't figure it out. Windows XP. I'd appreciate it if anyone can share their experience and any solution/resolution
At first you just load your sound card driver, install it. After installation you must restart your computer and you get sound.

I have the same problem. I can't figure it out, i've tried the outputs for audio stereo speakers and headphones... the sound is like "I want more sound" it seems that something that obstructs the full range of signal, like a not-fully-connected with interferrence. Is not my cable, is not my operating system, nor my speakers. What can it be ? Thanks for future response and solutions.
