Cannot down load pictures to my mac - Kodak EasyShare V1003 Digital Camera

use a usb cable or a card reader both are mac compatible, may be a dongle will also help, go online and down load the software for mac, restart before another attempt, you may also restart the computer with you camera on and connected to to the computer by usb

First of all, always remember to "eject" your equipment on a Mac and use "safely remove hardware" on a PC when you disconnect to avoid corrupting the camera. To avoid problems in the future, do what the pros do...use a separate card reader like the one pictured here.

Try this:

Turn off the computer by holding down the power button. Wait 10 seconds, then press the power button while holding down one of the SHIFT keys. Keep holding down the SHIFT key as your computer starts. This will make it start in Safe Mode, which will do various checks, clear caches, etc. It *may* fix your problem.

** Note: there's a small risk of data loss when reinstalling the operating system. It's important to have backups of your important pictures and other files. **If Safe Mode doesn't solve your problem, locate the system disc that came with your Mac. Put it in the drive and turn the machine off. Turn it back on while holding the C key. Follow the directions to reinstall the operating system.

maybe u have anti-virus on? or u did not mark sender as safe? when i use safari on panther i cant reply to email @craigslist . i use google chrome on pc and can. so w mac i changed i changed to mozilla firfox and down loaded add-ons or plug ins. for example download livemail.

Ok what you need to do is you need to put your memory card into your computer/mac and down load the files once that is done delete the photos on your camera!

I'm not familar with the Mirage. If it isn't a PDA or smart phone you need to get software to interface your PC with your phone. Palms, Black berries & other PDA's automatically come with this software.

try going to the camera web site see if there is any mac software that will work with your camera or go to the web site of the camera and see if there is a down load for your camera for a mac . or see if your friend has a pc and try to down load the pics on thrir computer.
