Hello,
first press CLEAR/STOP BUTTON and key 8 and hold it together.
If there is any error code, it will show. i.e. C26 or similar. So get back with error code!!!

But, one wild guess for the solution... Before you turn the copier On, did you install the developer inside and follow the procedure according the installation sheet?
If NO, go trough the installation sheet and follow the developer installation and initialization.
