Motor turns over good, battery good, fuses and breakers good.
I have no fuel pressure and no spark. No volt gauge and no gas gauge. I have swapped the pcm to my 97 grand cherokee and the pcm started my 97 just fine. swapped out ignition switch and that didnt work.

My 1996 jeep is doing the same thing.the fuse I have been changing is under hood in fuse panel on left 20 amp sm. in center of fuse panel closest to bat.
Ok, I had a very similar trouble. It cost me a lot in diagnostic time, but here's what my mech. found.
Symptom, no fuel flow. I don't remember the guages status. Fuses and relays were good. but had blown fuel pump fuse in the past.
Found: Hose connector (A.C.) in vicinity of the fuse box under the hood. (underneath) was chafing the harness from the fuse block to fuel pump, guages, etc. wiggle adjustment temp fixed. Mech found short/ground/ exposed copper wire and repaired the connections. also, protected wire from future damage.
A poorly place connector / harness and vibration were the contributors to the incident. Fix was good and so far permanent.
Let me guess- your check engine light doesn't light either, does it? Unplug the crank sensor and turn the key on. If the check engine light comes on, replace the crank sensor and drive away happy. That's what I did. You can also verify the crank sensor by using an ohm meter- if you get a resistance reading, the crank sensor is bad. Good luck. I believe it's the black and red wire you need to pull the reading from- but honestly not positive.
You have a blown fuse in the POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER I cannot find it in my database it will be a big maxi fuse that feeds all the sircuite you mentioned. call me at 253-235-0057

RANDY i have replaced every fuse and relay to no avail still have the same issue as before . new ecm new ignition coil plugs wires cap rotor dist pick up assy fuel pump module fil new crank sensor also new alternator new battery cables and battery all done in the last 7 days. any light you can shed on this for me is deeply hello randy thx for info but have all new fuses and relays in PDB spent over 1.000 dollars in last seven days. no fix yet please help if you can ready to junk this thing live in ohio 45356

cant be a crank sensor, because on the 96 the crank sensor does not control fuel. this jeep wont even attempt to fire up, turns over perfect, but no spark and no fuel pressure

I have the same exact problem- no fuel pump activity, no spark, no fuel guage activity and no volt guage activity- engine cranks strong, 3/4 tank of fuel- did notice the power lead for the fuel guage and the ground wire for the fuel pump by hte tank were bare and possibly touched- could have shorted the PCM?
i took gauges out of 96 jeep grand cherokee and now alarm wont shut off
Fuel pump is loosing pressure after it sets for a while
driving ran good quit running wont start gets spark and gas
4.7 quit running gets spark and gas
also have spark and fuel made sure cylinder1 was up
