Go to a technician and have the motor rewinded again. because your machine encountered a short circuit so the motor needs to have a new rewind. Hope the other parts are not affected.

My Kitchen Aid mixer flashed a spark and banged whilst I was using it. The plug fuse has not blown but the mixer does not work.

Could be anything, but could be the switch, the electronics board, motor windings, the carbon brushes or worn insulation somewhere. Odd that the plug fuse didn't blow. It needs electrical diagnosis to find out what went wrong.

What is the difference between the Kitchen Aid "KSM150PSMC" and the KSM150 ?? thanks

Hi,

The KSM150 is the line of mixers with similar features. It is in the Artisan series, tilt head, 325 watts. All mixers in the KSM150 line have the same features.
The one that you asked about, the KSM150PSMC is done in metallic chrome.
Best regards, --W/D--

110V 6ohz - 220V 50hz

Kitchenaid mixers are not recommended on the use of a converter as they are not tested under such conditions. Understanding this, using a convertor on your mixer may automatically void the 1 year warranty regardless of age.

There are international Kitchenaid dealers available if you are requiring 110V. You may contacted Kitchenaid Customer Service for more information.

Their toll-free telephone number is 1-800-541-6390.

Hiya,

Sorry you are experiencing an issue with your appliance. It would appear you need to replace your phase board. Please see one of the links below to assist you. Please note the videos show how to replace 230V phase board. The steps are the same for 110V. Please make sure you have the correct part for your appliance.

Kitchen aid 110v 450watt, I want to convert to 220v

Hi guys,

The only available Kitchen Aid stand mixers on the European markets are the Kitchen Aid Classic and the Kitchen Aid Artisan.

The best way is to contact a Kitchen Aid service center / repair facility in your area.
Here is the European website of Kitchen Aid: http://www.kitchenaid.eu/eu_EU/ka/ka_europe.htm

If you bought a different Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer (like the Professional series) you probably won't find the required parts to convert it to a European model. The only way would be to use a voltage converter.

I hope this helps.
